KWC UV Powers 

UV Powers may be installed in areas with high variations in the environmental conditions, -high or low temperatures, -moisture, -strong vibrations and unstable power supply.

For installation on board ship the UV powers must operate during both artic and tropic climate. Aqua culture systems may be located close to the sea or at offshore installation, with strong variations in the environmental conditions.

UVanTECH have developed a special designed Power cabinet to manage these harsh environments, KWC UV Power.

The key performance of the KWC UV power is:

• Safe ignition and reliable operation of any UV lamp
• Efficient cabinet cooling
• Heating to avoid internal condensation during standby
• Stable operation during supply voltage variations
• Protection to avoid radiated and conducted electromagnetic emission (EMC)
• Managing high voltage output (5KV)
• Protection for operators during operation and service
• The cable length from KWC UV Power to UV lamp can be up to 300 meters.

The KWC UV power is very compact, and the size (footprint) is reduced 50-60%, compared to competing UV Powers.
